Terms of Service

This legally binding agreement ("Terms") governs your access to and use of PlayAll applications, products, and related services (collectively "Services"). These Terms supersede all prior agreements between you and PlayAll Team ("we", "us", "our").

1. Agreement Acceptance

By initiating use of the Services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in their entirety. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of the then-current Terms.

2. Eligibility Criteria

The Services are available only to individuals:

• Aged 13 years or older
• With legal capacity to form binding contracts
• Residing in jurisdictions where service availability is permitted

Users between 13 and the age of legal majority must obtain parental consent. Guardians assume full responsibility for supervised minor usage. Report unauthorized underage access to play.team2025@hotmail.com.

3. Permitted Usage

While using the Services, you expressly agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any service components;
• Establish commercial services derived from our technology;
• Employ automated systems for data harvesting or service disruption;
• Transmit content that:
• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights;
• Contains unlawful or harmful material;
• Compromises system security or service integrity;
• Facilitates illegal activities;
• Circumvent regional content licensing restrictions.

4. Intellectual Property

PlayAll retains exclusive ownership of all:

• Service-related trademarks and copyrights
• Proprietary algorithms and software architecture
• User interface design elements

Report suspected intellectual property violations to play.team2025@hotmail.com with substantiating evidence.

5. Service Availability

We provide Services on an "as-available" basis, excluding liability for:

• Third-party infrastructure failures
• Unauthorized service modifications
• Force majeure events impacting service delivery

6. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayAll shall not be liable for:

• Consequential damages exceeding 12 months' subscription fees
• Data loss arising from service interruptions
• Third-party content interactions

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify PlayAll against claims arising from:

• Breach of these Terms
• Unauthorized content distribution
• Violation of third-party rights

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be:

1. Subject to Singaporean law
2. Resolved through binding arbitration under SIAC rules
3. Excluding UN Convention on Contracts for International Sale of Goods

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms effective upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Archived versions are available upon request.
